ReplyDeleteAs I've practiced I find I really like chanting/ mantra, focused breath work and use of mudras as much as asana or at least including these in my practice here and there . . . what are your thoughts about these practices as part of a regular yoga practice and how they are best incorporated e.g. at the beginning, end, how much etc. :-) I realize some of this will rest on personal style, but I thought I would tap into your experience with these forms.
